Job Title: Hospitality Team Member - Cleaning and Maintenance

Oaks The Entrance Waterfront Suites, a renowned hotel chain, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their housekeeping team as a Hospitality Team Member - Cleaning and Maintenance.

We offer an attractive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus opportunities for career growth and professional development in the hospitality industry.

About the Job:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel, completing cleaning tasks on time, and utilizing specialized equipment and chemicals as trained. This role also involves maintaining a productive and professional relationship with staff members, clients, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the hotel
  • Adhere to schedules and complete cleaning tasks efficiently
  • Clean using provided specialized equipment and chemicals as per training guidelines
  • Maintain a positive and respectful relationship with colleagues, guests, and contractors
  • Conduct quality checks on cleaning services in other areas as required

  • Able to multitask in fast-paced environments and prioritize tasks effectively

Qualifications and Requirements:

Previous experience in hotel or resort housekeeping is highly desirable. Successful applicants will undergo Room Attendant training and induction support to ensure they meet our high standards. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to work, and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
