We are seeking a part-time Guest Service Agent to join our team at Oaks The Entrance Waterfront Suites in Australia. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing warm and welcoming service to our guests from check-in to check-out.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Welcome and assist guests during their stay
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with guests and colleagues
  • Make bookings and reservations as required
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process

Requirements:


To succeed in this role, you will need:



  • Previous experience in a hotel or customer service environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts including weekends and public holidays
