Customer Service Excellence at Oaks The Entrance Waterfront Suites

We are seeking a part-time Guest Service Agent who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences to join our team at Oaks The Entrance Waterfront Suites.

As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests, from smooth check-ins and check-outs to providing insider knowledge on local attractions and dining options.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and check in guests with a smile
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with guests and colleagues
  • Make bookings and assist guests during their stay
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a hotel or customer service environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude
  • The ability to provide a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Professional presentation essential
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
