The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Internal Sales Officer to join our Waste Sales team in Perth. As an entry-level position, this role offers an excellent introduction to sales and customer service in the thriving waste management and sustainability sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist sales account managers with reports and invoices
  • Manage queries from Environmental Services customers
  • Use Salesforce CRM to track customer interactions and sales data
  • Support the sales team with various administrative tasks
  • Manage a high volume of work efficiently and accurately

Requirements

  • Customer service background desired
  • Sales-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and team player mentality
