As a Field Services Representative, you will provide exceptional on-site sales, customer service, and technical support to our clients across Western Australia. You will build strong relationships with our customers, contribute to sales revenue, and manage new prospects through accurate pipeline forecasting. You'll provide on-site technical support, collaborate with dealers, and gather competitor insights to improve our offerings. Additionally, you'll oversee inventory management, implement product trials, and deliver customer-focused solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity for a mechanically skilled professional to step into a dynamic role, balancing time between our Welshpool office in Perth and customer sites across WA, driving real impact on the ground.

The successful applicant will have:

  • Mechanical degree or relevant trade qualification
  • Mine site experience is an advantage but not essential
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, energetic approach, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Proactive and innovative, with a talent for building strong on-site customer relationships
  • Technical aptitude to quickly learn and become a product specialist
  • Ability to manage a large territory with a willingness to travel frequently
