About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bids and Proposals Partner to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a critical role in maintaining efficient and high-calibre support for marketing and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and produce high-level bid submissions, including developing an understanding of the business development needs and the opportunity pipeline.
  • Bid Management: Manage the go/no-go process, including initial meetings and assessment, and review and edit proposals, including development and editing of graphics.
  • Proposal Coordination: Maintain and manage an accurate proposal database, review, filter, and distribute tenders received from online tender search services, and coordinate the writing and client approval of Project Profiles.
  • Marketing Support: In conjunction with the marketing team, develop marketing collateral, including capability statements, skill sheets, project data sheets, and CVs, in line with corporate guidelines.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Maintain, develop, and retain the highest appropriate standard of bid coordination skill, and produce reports and other general material to support Business lines.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Degree-level qualification in Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a Bid Management role, with exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Skills: Ability to work well as part of a team and autonomously as required, capable of keeping confidentiality, and proactive in meeting clients' expectations and requirements.
