About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bids and Proposals Partner to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining efficient and high-calibre support for marketing and business development activities, driving proposals, and managing the bid process for various teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and produce high-level bid submissions that showcase our expertise and capabilities.
  • Manage the go/no-go process, including initial meetings and assessments, to ensure timely and effective bid execution.
  • Review and edit proposals, including the development and editing of graphics, to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Provide advice and support to local tenders and proposals, ensuring that our teams are well-equipped to succeed.
  • Maintain an accurate proposal database, tracking and analyzing bid performance to inform future strategies.
  • Review, filter, and distribute tenders received from online search services, ensuring that our teams are aware of all relevant opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing collateral, such as capability statements, skill sheets, and project data sheets, in line with our corporate guidelines.
  • Produce reports and other general materials to support business lines, providing valuable insights and analysis.
Requirements
  • Degree-level qualification in Marketing or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a Bid Management role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Able to work well as part of a team and autonomously, with a strong commitment to confidentiality.
  • Ability to apply marketing theory and practice in carrying out a variety of assignments, with a focus on data analysis and evaluation.
