Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the preparation and submission of high-quality tender responses through all stages of the bid process.
  • Produce professionally written proposal and pitch content that effectively articulates Qube's value proposition and win themes.
  • Manage and update the bid collateral library as necessary.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to gain a better understanding of proposed tenders.
  • Ensure win themes are articulated in such a way as to meet/exceed client requirements.
  • Interface with project teams to support bids/proposals.
Requirements
  • At least three prior years' experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Possess a passion for writing and meticulous proof-reading skills.
  • Be commercially astute to understand common phrases and negotiation processes.
  • Ability to multi-task and be resourceful in solving issues with competing priorities.
