Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and produce a wide range of bid documentation, including capability profiles, expressions of interest, and tender responses that align with our company's brand and strategy.
  • Develop convincing and visually appealing bid materials that showcase our expertise and win new projects.
  • Manage the entire tender process from opportunity identification to submission, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather inputs and ensure a cohesive narrative across all bid materials.
  • Maintain and update our organisation's knowledge library for bid content, ensuring it remains relevant and effective.
Requirements
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Creative Suite, with a strong understanding of design principles and best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to create engaging and effective bid materials.
  • Proven experience in bid writing and production within professional services or property-related industries, with a strong understanding of the tender process.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
