Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
About the Role:The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintaining calendars and schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing accurate files.
- Screens incoming phone calls on behalf of the executives, provides information or directs inquiries to the appropriate resource, and takes and relays messages.
- Reviews incoming mail and electronic communications, handles responses on behalf of the executive, and drafts routine and non-routine correspondence.
- Assists with the preparation of presentation materials, including creating, proofreading, editing, and printing.
- Coordinates projects, ensures timely completion, and follows up on administrative details.
- Interprets organizational policies and procedures in response to inquiries and communicates information to management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Part-time hours: 35 per week.
- Salary: $110.00 per day.
- Schedule: 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday.
