Key Roles and Responsibilities:
The Project Support Officer is responsible for delivering high-level administrative and project support to the Executive Director Operations and Performance.
This includes coordinating project activities, preparing documentation, organizing meetings, and providing timely and accurate outcomes.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, as well as a demonstrated ability to use a wide range of information technology software.
- Provide exceptional administrative support to senior management
- Coordinate project timelines and deliverables
- Prepare comprehensive reports and documents
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies and legislative requirements
Additionally, the Project Support Officer will work closely with other teams to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
