Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers on product installation, usage, and maintenance.
  • Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for customers on product installation, usage, and maintenance.
  • Schedule and coordinate service calls to ensure timely response and resolution of customer issues.
  • Manage warranty claims and processes to ensure prompt and accurate handling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years' experience in providing support and training in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated ability to relate to customers and provide a high level of customer service.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Be a driven and high-energy individual who shows initiative.
  • Be confident and enjoy interacting with a diverse range of people.
  • Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills.
  • Knowledge of H-vac air split systems, airducts, and wi-fi controllers.
  • Experience using Zen Desk highly desirable.
