What's the opportunity?

The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our users. This includes troubleshooting technical issues, answering questions, and providing solutions to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical concepts and be able to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.

What will I be doing?

  • Communicating with customers via email, phone, and chat to resolve technical issues
  • Providing solutions to customers and escalating complex issues to senior support engineers
  • Collaborating with product teams to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge base articles and other support resources
  • Participating in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support to our customers

What skills do I need?

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1-2 years of technical support experience
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts, including web development and APIs
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong customer focus and ability to empathize with customers
