Responsibilities
- Review and troubleshoot customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve support processes.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Microsoft products and services.
- Provide feedback to improve products and processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical support experience or equivalent.
- Microsoft Power Apps, Power Platform, and Power Automate experience required.
- Fluent English language skills.
