Job SummaryWe are seeking experienced Head Chefs and Sous Chefs to join our team at our Brisbane and Gold Coast restaurants. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality food, providing exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities- Produce high-quality food that meets our brand standards and exceeds customer expectations.
- Lead and motivate a team of chefs to achieve excellent kitchen operations and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking techniques to drive sales and customer loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.
- 2-3 years of experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Passion for delivering exceptional quality food and providing outstanding customer service.
- Commitment to upholding our brand standards, food safety, and hygiene procedures.
- Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery is desired, but not essential.
- Eligibility to work in Australia.

SalaryThe expected salary for this role is $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
