We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Starcom, a leading media agency. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing media plans, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and develop strategic media plans to meet client objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver media campaigns and ensure timely execution
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement media strategies
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in media, advertising, or marketing
  • Strong skills in client service, stakeholder management, project management, and media planning
  • A solid understanding of offline, online, and emerging channels
  • Expertise in industry planning tools to deliver optimum plans for client KPIs/target
  • Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of the financial process
  • Confident communication and presentation skills
  • Able to upskill and mentor junior members of the team
