About the Role

This is a strategic sales leadership role that requires a strong understanding of the media industry and excellent negotiation skills. You will work closely with tier one agencies to determine their client's present and future needs and propose suitable products and services to maintain and grow revenue for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales revenue and sales quota targets.
  • Work closely with agencies to determine client needs and propose suitable products and services.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate the preparation of sales proposals, tenders, and contracts.
  • Deliver on budget and strategy with the sales team.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of weekly sales forecast.
  • Communicate with operations, development, and management teams.
  • Manage major buying groups and assist Account Managers and Account Executives.
  • Assist with the development of junior sales team members and mentor them.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Media, Communications, or similar.
  • Proven sales ability with outstanding negotiation skills, persuasive ability, and excellent communication skills.
  • A minimum of 4-5 years sales experience within a media environment.
  • Specialist OOH product and industry knowledge.
  • Previous experience in managing budgets and achieving sales targets individually and as a team.
