Key Responsibilities- Media Planning and Buying: Execute and optimize campaigns across offline channels (OOH, radio) while managing client relationships across accounts.
- Campaign Execution: Own the build of offline media campaigns and creative changes, ensuring a high level of detail is observed and aligned to the client brief.
- Campaign Monitoring: Monitor live campaigns to drive the best performance possible, knowing campaign pacing and results like the back of your hand and the levers to get better performance.
- Award Submissions: Submit awards for record-breaking campaign initiatives.
- Insight Development: Assist in the development of insights for reporting, laddering up to the 'so what?'
- Account Administration: Lead the account administration, including finance, owning the loading of campaign spends into our invoicing system accurately and reconciling budgets monthly.
- Account Improvement: Identify areas for account improvement and feedback to the team.
- Experience: 3-4 years' experience in media planning and buying role across offline channels (OOH, radio).
- Career Ambition: A keen desire to further your career as a rounded Investment Manager, hungry for experience executing, optimizing, and reporting on campaigns across offline channels.
- Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, able to create Pivot tables with ease.
- Performance Outcomes: Demonstrated experience driving performance outcomes for clients.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to execute tasks with high attention to detail and a minimal error rate.
- Task Prioritization: Demonstrated experience taking ownership of tasks and prioritizing effectively when handling concurrent tasks.
- Communication: Communicates technical concepts and findings clearly and effectively to own team and peers.
- Collaboration: Actively collaborates with team members and broader agency, sharing knowledge, insights, and best practices.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrates a proactive and problem-solving mindset, identifying challenges and proposing effective solutions or alternatives.
