We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our digital sales team in South Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving programmatic growth and servicing a range of agency and direct clients across VIC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Strong Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients and their teams to drive business growth and satisfaction.
  • Programmatic Growth Strategy: Collaborate with the Head of Digital Sales to develop and execute a programmatic growth strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Sales and Business Development: Sell media asset offerings across all digital inventory to clients, and work to embed our offering into their programmatic ways of working.
  • Market Activity and Engagement: Drive market activity through a consistent and effective engagement plan, including participating in external events and social engagements to build relationships with clients and boost our branding efforts.
  • Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams to effectively position our products and solutions in market.
Requirements
  • Programmatic Experience: Prior experience in programmatic sales, preferably within a DSP, SSP, or publisher environment.
  • Sales and Business Development: Proven success in managing and expanding key accounts, with a natural ability to influence stakeholders through thought-leadership and a consultative approach.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to use data, metrics, and external market insights to drive and influence decisions.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills, with an innate ability to present engaging insights and solutions.
