The Audit Learning team provides crucial Learning support to the business. You will join a fast-paced environment, ensuring Learning projects are delivered, planned, and managed successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the implementation of locally developed technical learning initiatives and solutions for the Audit & Assurance practice
- Deployment of global audit learning solutions, including content review, development, and facilitation
- Technical audit content development
- Management of learning requirements for mandatory learner populations
- Liaison with the Learning Operations team to ensure effective and efficient roll out of learning solutions
- Governance and regulatory procedures relating to mandatory learning
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- CA qualified (or equivalent)
- Holds current or prior experience with audit and other assurance engagements
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritise effectively
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills
