Learning Solutions Manager
">Our Learning team are key in providing support to the business. You will join a fast-paced environment and help the team succeed by ensuring projects are delivered, planned, and managed successfully.
">The role is a technically qualified position contributing to strategic initiatives. Working closely with our Learning Manager, this role will be responsible for project management, design and development, implementation, and communication strategy to support audit learning initiatives.
">This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end development and implementation of solutions, facilitation of technical content, overseeing logistics, audience management, and stakeholder engagement and management. The focus will also be on strategies to respond to learner fatigue and enhance learning experiences, and the implementation of high quality, timely, and impactful solutions which maintain a focus on audit quality.

">- Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.

- Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills.
