Requirements:

  • Experience in developing, managing, and coordinating L&D programs, including facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in MS Office and digital learning platforms.
