The Learning and Development Specialist is a key role that involves designing, coordinating, and delivering effective learning solutions to drive business performance and support growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic learning initiatives aligned with the firm's objectives.
- Design and deliver engaging learning programs to meet diverse needs and skill levels.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess training needs and develop targeted solutions.
- Manage logistics, scheduling, and vendor relationships to ensure seamless delivery.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve programs.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Commerce, HR, Education, or Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment.
- Experience in developing, managing, and coordinating L&D programs, including facilitation and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in MS Office and digital learning platforms.
