About You
We are seeking a driven learning and development professional who thrives on creating tailored learning solutions to support skill building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop learning content to enable diverse skill building and capability enhancement within our business area;
- Work collaboratively with the learning team and stakeholders to deliver innovative learning content for technical and non-technical requirements;
- Create instructional design content for end-to-end learning experiences to meet stakeholder expectations and desired outcomes;
- Contribute to virtual, online, and blended learning solutions to meet required outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
We are looking for someone with:
- Demonstrated experience in instructional design of learning content;
- Experience with diverse learning design principles, including authoring tools and related systems;
- Experience using Articulate Rise or Storyline;
- Understanding of various learning methodologies, such as virtual, online, and blended learning formats;
- Consultation experience working with diverse stakeholders to shape learning solutions.
