Learning Solutions Expert

This role plays a crucial part in delivering learning solutions to the business. As a key member of our Audit Learning team, you will collaborate with senior members to contribute to strategic initiatives.
You will be responsible for project management, design and development, implementation, and communication strategy to support audit learning initiatives. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring successful delivery of learning projects.
In this role, you will work closely with the team to provide learning support to the business. You will join a fast-paced environment and help the team succeed by ensuring learning projects are delivered, planned, and managed successfully.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the implementation of locally developed technical learning initiatives and solutions for the Audit and Enterprise Audit practice.
- Deployment of global audit learning solutions, including content review, content development, and facilitation.
- Technical audit content development.
- Management of learning requirements for mandatory learner populations.
- Liaison with the Learning Operations team to ensure effective and efficient roll out of learning solutions.
- Governance and regulatory procedures relating to mandatory learning.
- CA qualified or equivalent.
- Holds current or prior experience with audit and other assurance engagements.
- Strong written and verbal communications.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Strong team building skills.
- Excellent time management.
- Strong stakeholder management.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise effectively.
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills.
