We are seeking an experienced and skilled Learning & Development Coordinator to contribute to the growth of our organization.

This newly created position provides an opportunity to develop targeted learning solutions that enhance employee skills and capabilities.

The successful candidate will join a vibrant team responsible for organizational learning and development, bringing expertise in learning design and e-learning module authoring, as well as experience in administrating a Learning Management System.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing effective learning solutions
  • Administering a Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Providing excellent stakeholder management and collaboration

Requirements for this role include:

  • Experience in learning, training, and development from design through to facilitation
  • Demonstrated experience in administrating a Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Certificate 4 in Training & Assessment is highly desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective time management and organisational skills
  • Full driver's license
