Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Audit Learning Assistant Manager. This position is responsible for managing end-to-end development and implementation of learning solutions, facilitation of technical audit content, overseeing logistics, audience management, and stakeholder engagement and management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in audit and assurance engagements, with experience in project management, technical content development, and stakeholder communication. They will also possess excellent time management skills, ability to work independently, and prioritize effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the implementation of locally developed technical learning initiatives and solutions for the Audit & Assurance practice
  • Deployment of global audit learning solutions, including content review, content development, and facilitation
  • Technical audit content development
  • Management of learning requirements for mandatory learner populations
  • Liaison with the Learning Operations team to ensure effective and efficient roll out of learning solutions
Qualifications and Skills
  • CA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Holds current or prior experience with audit and other assurance engagements
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communications
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Strong team building skills
  • Excellent time management
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
