We are seeking an experienced Learning Solutions Developer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our content development process, you will be responsible for creating engaging and effective training solutions.
In this role, you will work closely with product managers and subject matter experts to develop high-quality training content that meets the needs of our clients. Your expertise in instructional design will enable you to research, review, analyze and assemble source content, write learning strategies and course outlines, and structure content in course storyboards with recommendations for interactivity, user experience, and visual elements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing training content in accordance with project briefs
- Researching, reviewing, analyzing and assembling source content
- Writing learning strategies and course outlines
- Structuring content in course storyboards with recommendations for interactivity, user experience and visual elements
**Requirements**
- A qualification in Education, Communications or a related field
- At least two years of professional experience in instructional design or a relevant occupation
- Strong understanding of educational principles and methodologies
- Excellent written language skills, including writing in plain language, structural editing, copy editing, and proofreading
