Onboarding Business Analyst Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Onboarding Business Analyst to join our team within the Product department. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the end-to-end client onboarding experience and directly impact client acquisition and growth.

About the Position

The Onboarding Business Analyst will play a key role in shaping the end-to-end client onboarding experience, ensuring it is seamless, compliant, and optimized for conversion. The successful candidate will work closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, Engineers, Compliance, and Operations to define requirements, analyze data, and ensure we deliver best-in-class onboarding journeys across multiple regions and regulatory frameworks.

The ideal candidate will have experience in business analysis within Fin Tech, a strong understanding of Risk, Electronic verification, KYC, AML, and regulatory onboarding requirements, as well as proficiency in documenting workflows, writing user stories, and producing acceptance criteria.

Key Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is passionate about building a diverse workplace and has excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Jira/Confluence and backlog management, and have experience working with onboarding/identity verification providers.
