Job Title: Senior Customer Success Manager

Key Role Information:

This key role will lead the overall implementation of onboarding our most important clients, owning all aspects from project management to account management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the onboarding of larger merchants by facilitating cross-functional project management with sales, operations, product, and other teams for client success.
  • Continually improve the onboarding process to ensure smooth client transitions from sales, set right expectations, and proactively provide guidance.
  • Act as primary point of contact for high-value clients, fostering strong partnerships to deliver strategic value and operational excellence.
  • Facilitate problem solving for complex customer escalations as on-site liaison between warehouse operations team and remote customer support team.
  • Monitor performance data to identify operational or commercial risks.
  • Collect feedback, analyse data, and synthesise insights for tech and operations teams.
Requirements:
  • Previous relevant professional experience (5+ years) in Customer Success, Project Management, Technical Account Management, Implementation / Delivery Management, or business customer-facing roles with a preference for eCommerce, retail, operations, or logistics experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills and confidence working with diverse stakeholders.
  • A proven track record of solving complex operational problems spanning technical systems, supply chain constraints, and commercial relationships.
  • A strong commercial mindset and comfort engaging in discussions balancing client success and business viability.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, tech, and operations teams.
