Client Onboarding LeadHertfordshireWe're currently working with a fabulous leading regional law firm in Hertfordshire, currently looking to add to their growing compliance function.
Now looking for someone to move into a supervisory role managing a small team, ensuring stellar client service and regulatory standards.The roleSupervise and mentor New Business AssistantsMonitor workflow & performance to meet SLAs and deadlinesProvide training, onboarding & guidance to junior team membersEscalate issues to the Head of Operations where neededOversee client onboarding across property & private client mattersCarry out AML checks, sanctions checks & conflict checksReview and record ID, liaising with clients directly when neededEnsure client care letters, terms of service, and file openings are accurate and on timeSupport with file closures and retrievals in line with firm policyAbout youExperience in client services or compliance within the legal sectorPrevious team supervision or mentoring experienceConfident communicator with both clients & colleaguesKnowledge of law firm compliance requirements (AML, SRA etc.)What's in it for you25 days holidayHealthcare cash planInternal opportunities for progression and developmentFantastic office-based cultureFirmwide bonus schemeInterested?
