Job Title: Senior Customer Success Manager

Key Role Overview

This critical position combines project management, hands-on execution, strategic process improvement, and customer advocacy to drive exceptional client outcomes and long-term retention.

You will lead the overall implementation of onboarding high-value clients - owning all aspects from project management to account management.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the onboarding of larger merchants, including facilitating cross-functional project management with sales, operations, product, and other teams for successful setup.
  • Improve the onboarding process to ensure smooth client transitions, set right expectations, and provide proactive guidance.
  • Act as primary point of contact for high-value clients, fostering strong partnerships to deliver strategic value and operational excellence.
  • Facilitate problem-solving for complex customer escalations by being the on-site liaison between warehouse operations and remote customer support teams.
  • Analyse data to proactively monitor performance and identify operational or commercial risks.
  • Act as voice of the customer, collecting feedback, analysing data, and synthesising insights for tech and operations teams.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Customer Success, Project Management, Technical Account Management, Implementation/Delivery Management, or similar business-facing roles.
  • Exceptional communication skills for diverse stakeholders, both written and oral.
  • A proven track record of solving complex problems spanning technical systems, supply chain constraints, and commercial relationships.
  • A strong commercial mindset and comfort discussing balance between client success and business viability.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, tech, and operations teams.
  • Excellent communication skills for simplifying complex issues for diverse audiences.
