About the Role:

We are looking for an organized and meticulous individual with excellent communication skills to manage the preparation and finalization of daily television schedules for on-air broadcast. The successful candidate will be responsible for confirming that finalised schedules adhere to industry regulations and working collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders to ensure all required data is correctly placed in daily schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and finalizing daily television schedules for on-air broadcast
  • Managing commercial breaks and quality-checking prior to broadcast
  • Confirming adherence to industry regulations
  • Liaising with other departments and stakeholders to ensure accurate data placement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administration, retail sales, or data entry (preferred)
  • Strong computer literacy and data entry skills
  • A strong attention to detail and analytical nature
