About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Academic Coordinator to join our team at face2face Recruitment. This is a fantastic opportunity to utilize your exceptional coordination skills in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description
  • Course Management:
    • Develop and maintain accurate course schedules, ensuring alignment with academic calendars and guidelines.
    • Provide administrative support to faculty managers and facilitators, including preparing course materials and setting up classrooms and online platforms.
    • Foster strong relationships with students, responding to inquiries, and facilitating communication between students and the department.
    • Evaluate and track student course feedback, providing actionable insights to improve courses.
    • Coordinate course resources, such as textbooks and digital materials, to ensure seamless delivery.
  • General Administration:
    • Assist with financial tasks, including tracking expenditure, processing invoices, and managing vendor contracts.
    • Provide concierge-level support to section staff, facilitators, and visitors, handling logistics and catering arrangements.
    • Perform a range of general administrative duties, including record-keeping, filing, and correspondence management.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in academic administration or course coordination, with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Learning Management System (LMS) administration or the ability to quickly learn.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines.
