Sales Representative, Canberra

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team at Tesla in Canberra. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, from initial contact to delivery day.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with Customers: Promptly greet and engage with walk-in guests, ensuring they feel welcome and supported throughout their purchasing journey.
- Product Education: Excite, engage, and educate prospective customers and current owners about Tesla's product offerings, answering questions and providing expert guidance.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Collect customer contact information, schedule Test Drives, and co-pilot sales experiences to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Meet Sales Targets: Actively contribute to achieving monthly sales and delivery targets by meeting and exceeding individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Client Experience: Provide the highest level of customer service throughout the sales and delivery cycle, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
- Vehicle Preparation: Ensure vehicle readiness for delivery appointments, conducting comprehensive vehicle orientations for new owners.
- Additional Responsibilities: Perform additional duties as assigned to meet business needs, including executing customer trade-ins and conducting Tesla Direct deliveries.
- Client Service Experience: Proven experience in client-facing roles, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Industry Knowledge: Passionate about the changes in the personal transportation industry, with a strong understanding of business issues and technical concepts.
- Team Player: Strong sense of team mentality, reliability, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Product Expertise: Demonstrate a mastery of all Tesla products and services, staying up-to-date with EV industry trends and local incentives.
- Availability: Ability to work evening hours, weekends, and holidays, with a valid driver's license and a clean driving history.
