Award-winning law firm seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Operations Coordinator to join their dynamic team.
Sydney-based, this key role offers a salary of $60,000 - $75,000 + bonus and the opportunity to make a real impact on the business.
Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced office administrator/manager to bring their skills and expertise to a leading commercial/litigation law firm.
You will be responsible for:
- General office administration and operations, including mail management, diary organisation and supply procurement;
- IT systems and client database maintenance and updates;
- Assisting with trust and general accounts, billing and debt collection;
- Client liaison and relationship management, including phone and in-person communication;
- Marketing and events management.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 4+ years proven experience as an office/legal practice administrator/manager;
- Experience working in a law firm or accounting/professional services firm;
- Outstanding communication, people and client-service skills;
- Deadline-driven, proactive, results-oriented and adaptable;
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and IT/tech savvy;
