About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Operations Strategist to join our team at EssenceMediaCom.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for you to work with cross-functional teams, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities. You will be responsible for supporting the efforts of your colleagues and contributing to the development of clear scopes of work and commercial proposals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate scopes of work into effective project plans, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery of projects.
  • Partner with Resource Management to allocate the right resources and resolve any challenges that may arise.
  • Coordinate efforts across the cross-functional team, maintaining context and driving conversations to overcome challenges and meet deadlines.
  • Support Client Services with client and partner management, including sharing status updates, gathering information, and holding stakeholders accountable for their deliverables.
Requirements:
  • 4-8 years' experience in a media agency or management consulting company.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies and ability to apply them to complex projects involving cross-functional teams.
  • Data-driven analytical mind with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence people at all levels.
  • Ability to work under pressure and thrive in fast-paced environments.
