About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team in UniSA Business at the City West Campus. This is a full-time, continuing position offering a competitive salary of $70,476 per annum (plus 17% superannuation).

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing operational support to UniSA Business' Internship Program, including effective engagement with students throughout the placement process from enrolment to completion. You will also be responsible for designing and implementing supporting systems and processes.

Essential Skills and Experience
  • A business-related qualification, and/or demonstrated equivalent knowledge, skills, and experience in an administrative position
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to successfully communicate with a diverse range of people at all levels, both internal and external to the University
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to innovate and improve processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience drafting clear documentation
  • Ability to work both in a team and independently

About You

You are a proactive and experienced administrator with a keen eye for detail. You are passionate about providing excellent customer service and able to identify and meet internal and external customer needs by building effective working relationships across the University and with external stakeholders.
