Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Operations Coordinator to support our Restructuring practice in Sydney. This role will focus on billing and general matter management responsibilities. We welcome candidates looking for part-time or flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Billing for the Sydney Restructuring team
  • Maintaining fee estimates and collaborating with partners on necessary actions
  • Issuing bills to clients, including uploading them to client billing platforms
  • Ensuring timely time entry and capturing all relevant time before billing
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in client reporting and working with clients who have specific billing requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar position, either as a Personal Assistant or Legal Assistant
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to work independently and draft basic correspondence and documents
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ability to use initiative to contribute to the team's success

Compensation Package:

The estimated annual salary for this role is around $85,000 - $110,000 AUD, depending on experience and qualifications.
