As a seasoned sales professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding Assurant's presence in the enterprise segment.

About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with clients and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand Assurant's presence in the enterprise segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders and end customers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners, sales teams, and enterprise customers, addressing queries and facilitating solutions.
  • Implement and adapt the Go-to-Market strategy to drive revenue across the suite of Device Futures products.
  • Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to bridge any gaps and continuously push towards exceeding sales targets.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and partnership management roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient with Salesforce and data analytics tools such as Tableau and PowerBI.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven approach.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact and build relationships to effectively influence across teams and functional partners.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
