Workplace Relations Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Workplace Relations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading workplace relations across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with awards and enterprise agreements.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about building inclusive and high-performing workplace cultures. You will work closely with leaders to foster accountability and performance, while also providing expert guidance on employment legislation and modern awards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR or law, with experience managing complex ER cases and workplace investigations. They will also have a proven ability to coach and influence leaders to achieve business outcomes.

In addition to your technical skills and knowledge, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
