Job Title: Employee Relations Partner

The role of a Regional APAC Employee Relations Partner involves interpreting and applying policies to address workplace concerns across APAC. This includes conducting investigations, advising on and supporting the appropriate investigation or disciplinary processes, and implementing necessary actions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate allegations of policy violations or local laws to ensure fair treatment of all employees.
  • Evaluate the fairness, thoroughness, and timeliness of investigation and complaint processes, as well as disciplinary proceedings in accordance with local requirements.
  • Provide guidance to Partner teams on local investigation procedures and support them in handling non-HR policy violations.
  • Address other workplace issues by determining the best approach consistent with local processes and ensuring correct treatment of all employees.
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of experience in Employee Relations or a similar field.
  • Experience in applying ER/Employment Legal advice across multiple APAC countries.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and influence decision-making in a global organization.
  • Capacity to work effectively across different identities.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Capability to de-escalate conversations, situations, or implement mediation strategies.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
