Leading Workplace Relations Specialist

The Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia is seeking a highly skilled Senior Lawyer to provide expert legal advice and support to the Executive Management team.
As a key member of the court's leadership, you will work closely with the Director of Legal and Integrity to develop and implement strategies that promote effective and efficient court operations.
Key responsibilities include providing high-level legal advice on complex matters, managing processes for the court, and assisting in handling complaints against Registrars and staff.
Additionally, you will support the Chief Justice in relation to judicial complaints and provide strategic guidance on issues related to workplace relations.
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of federal civil jurisdictions and relevant legislation. You will also possess excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and interpersonal skills.
