Workplace Relations and Employment Expert

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Associate or Special Counsel to join our Sydney Workplace Relations, Employment & Safety team on a permanent, full-time basis.

  • The successful candidate will have at least 8 years of post-qualification experience in a senior associate/special counsel role, with a strong background in employment law and industrial relations matters.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on all aspects of industrial relations, employment, discrimination, WHS, whistleblowing, modern slavery, and litigation across various Courts and Tribunals.
  • Manage a diverse workload autonomously and collaboratively as part of the team.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives, including seminars and publishing articles.
