Senior Workplace Relations Specialist

As a senior professional in workplace relations, employment law and safety, you will be working closely with some of Australia's leading lawyers to provide expert advice on all aspects of industrial relations.
The role involves advising clients on the full spectrum of the employment relationship, from engagement through to performance and conduct management, and termination. You will also work on various facets of employment law, including discrimination, work health and safety, executive remuneration and diversity.
Matters for clients include many international and ASX 200 listed companies, governments and private sector organisations. You will need to have strong experience working across a range of employment law and industrial relations matters, gained within a reputable commercial law firm.
- Advising on industrial relations, including employment, discrimination, WHS, whistleblowing, and modern slavery, including litigation across various Courts and Tribunals.
- Providing expert advice on the full spectrum of the employment relationship, from engagement through to performance and conduct management, and termination.
- Working on various facets of employment law, including discrimination, work health and safety, executive remuneration and diversity.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated matters and develop your skills and knowledge to meet client needs. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a high degree of initiative, dedication and commitment to client service, as well as strong communication skills and practical problem-solving skills.
