Customer Success Manager
Cultivate long-term relationships with N-able partners, leveraging customer success expertise to drive value and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver strategic business reviews and value conversations to ensure customer success.
- Impact retention rates, increase product adoption, and drive customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities and drive business growth.
- Proactively identify at-risk customers and develop strategies to turn their experiences around.
- Act as a customer advocate, driving product and service improvements to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and nurture long-term relationships with customer stakeholders.
- Ability to engage and educate customers on product features and best practices.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand customer needs and goals.
- Resilience in dealing with challenging situations and ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage resources effectively.
