Customer Success Manager

Cultivate long-term relationships with N-able partners, leveraging customer success expertise to drive value and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver strategic business reviews and value conversations to ensure customer success.
  • Impact retention rates, increase product adoption, and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Proactively identify at-risk customers and develop strategies to turn their experiences around.
  • Act as a customer advocate, driving product and service improvements to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Results-driven mindset with a passion for excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and nurture long-term relationships with customer stakeholders.
  • Ability to engage and educate customers on product features and best practices.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand customer needs and goals.
  • Resilience in dealing with challenging situations and ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage resources effectively.
