The Business Development Manager is a key role in developing and enhancing business opportunities for select hotels, achieving set revenue targets and sourcing new business.
About the Role:- Develop and enhance business opportunities into select hotels to achieve set revenue targets and source new business.
- Generate sales and revenue to increase hotel occupancy and profitability.
- Build client relationships, create and implement sales strategies to attract key clients, track sales data, and adjust strategies to meet sales targets.
- Commercially savvy, with a deep understanding of market trends and competitor activities.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to foster relationships and engage with stakeholders.
- A hunger to drive sales, achieve KPIs, and revenue targets.
- 3+ years relevant experience in a hotel sales management role.
- Available to work Monday to Friday in an office environment.
- Robust understanding of proactive sales techniques and market trends.
- Strong commercial acumen, including financial and sales budgets.
- Demonstrated experience working with and exceeding KPIs.
- Exceptional time management and multitasking skills.
- High-level attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and exposure to sales software.
