Hotel Sales Consultant Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a sales consultant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to high volumes of customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Upsell and promote hotel packages, travel products, and other related services.
  • Manage bookings, update reservations, and handle new bookings and escalations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure seamless communication.
  • Meet sales targets, track performance, and report on sales data.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in sales, reservations, or customer-facing roles.
  • Proven track record in call center environments, telephone sales, and customer service.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and hotel management systems.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Genesys Cloud telephony, and GDS systems is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, professional demeanor, and attention to detail are essential.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
