Part Time Sales Executive - 3 days per week
to join our Head Office team in Melbourne CBD.

Reporting to our
Group
Director of Sales & Marketing
, this is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales or reservations professional who's eager to take the next step in a high-performing, supportive environment.

About The Role
You'll play a key part in driving sales across our portfolio by:

  • Sourcing and securing new business opportunities across MICE and other market segments
  • Managing and nurturing key accounts with care and creativity
  • Conducting site inspections and familiarisation events to showcase our properties
  • Converting leads into high-value bookings with confidence and flair
  • Collaborating with a talented team to meet and exceed revenue targets and deliver exceptional client experiences

What we are looking for

  • Experience in hotel Sales, Reservations, or Business Development, with exposure to MICE and Events
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • A confident communicator and natural relationship builder
  • Established networks in the corporate or events space (a bonus)
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a warm and professional approach
  • Experience with lead generation, cold calling, and converting enquiries into results
