Hotel Reservation Sales Professional

This role requires a key member to assist the Reservations Sales Manager in leading the Reservations Team to achieve optimal hotel occupancy, average rate, and yield.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Converting Reservation enquiries into bookings by effectively communicating with customers and providing them with tailored solutions.
  • Taking ownership of attaining the highest possible occupancy and average rate through data-driven insights and strategic planning.

You will be a professional and talented individual with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. You will have strong customer care skills, the ability to work under pressure, and excellent attention to detail.

Our ideal candidate has technical knowledge of hotel booking systems, including Opera. If you are an avid learner, adaptable, and confident about your abilities, we want to hear from you
