Job Responsibilities:
  • Support Operational Leaders: Assist in the day-to-day operations of the People & Culture team, ensuring smooth delivery of best HR practices and support to operational leaders
  • HR Expertise: Advise and coach leaders and staff on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Performance Management: Facilitate performance reviews
  • Culture Building: Support culture-building initiatives, engagement programs, and organisational change
  • Governance and Compliance: Champion governance and compliance across all HR practices
  • Workforce Planning: Contribute to workforce planning and talent strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a HR Generalist role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Basic understanding of the Hospitality Industry General Award (HIGA)
  • Advanced communication and conflict resolution skills
